On behalf of the Le Hoang Foundation, we would like to thank everyone for your generous and overwhelming support at the silent auction held at Nobu on December 5, 2009. All proceeds from this fundraising event along with the individual donations will allow us to help many children locally and around the world.
January 2009 to January 2010 Gifts & Fundraising

As listed above are the collected funds as of January 2010. The Foundation has donated $2,500 USD to the Department of Child Life at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. We have also allocated $10,000 USD for future dental missions with Operation Smile in Vietnam, which will be led by Dr. Mike Gioffre Jr. (Wilmington, DE) and Dr. Daniel Taub (Philadelphia, PA).
In addition, approximately $5,000 USD have been donated to the Just Enough Rice Project in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam under the guidance of Reverend Phong Pham (Michigan), the Most Reverend Joseph Linh Chi Nguyen (Thanh Hoa), and, the Reverend Anthony Thieu Dinh Trinh, Director of Thanh Hoa’s Social Services Commission. This fund will provide rice for about 83 handicapped children’s family for one year at the cost of $5 USD per family/month.
We would also like to thank the following sponsors for providing gift items in the goodie bags for over 100 of our guests at the fundraising event.
