Our vision is for every child to receive the assistance that they need to improve their quality of life.  Currently, the Foundation and its programs rely solely on the generosity of individual and corporate donors along with its annual fundraising events.  We do not receive any funding from the government or any other charitable organization.  The Le Hoang Foundation donates its fund to organizations that provide services which improve the quality of lives of children.  Some of our beneficiaries are:

Orphanages in Southeast Asia
Each of the following orphanages provide help to orphans and at-risk children who, through no fault of their own, find themselves in harmful, frightening or unloving settings such as orphanages, poverty, family violence and abuse. They provide shelter and care for orphans and children with special needs ranging from infant to 18 years who come from small villages in the surrounding areas.

Department of Child Life at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas
At Children’s Medical Center Dallas, Child Life staff understand that play is an important part of how children learn about the world. During hospitalization children can learn effective coping skills, express their emotions, and increase their understanding about the hospital experience through play. They also practice newly acquired skills and gain a sense of mastery & control of this stressful environment. Children learn though play! By gifting to the Child Life Department at Children’s Medical Center, toys can be purchased for these children and you’re helping to make a real difference in the life of a child.

Operation Smile Dental Mission
Operation Smile volunteers of dentists, hygienists, and dental students provide education and dental treatment to thousands of children and young adults in Vietnam. This mission also offers training opportunities, as U.S. dental volunteers provide Vietnamese dental professionals with hands-on education through lecture and clinical treatment.
